1989 AMT Batmobile & Red Knight 1958

I have actually heard people, referring to the 1989 Batman movie starring Micheal Keaton and Jack Nicholson, call it the first Batman movie.  Guess they forgot about the other three.  There was Batman in 1943, Batman and Robin in 1949 and Batman in 1966 so it is actually the 4th Batman movie.
That being said, the 1989 movie gave birth to a small resurgence of Batmania, and AMT was there with the model kits.  The Batmobile, Batwing, Batmobile Cocoon armor add-on from Blueprinter, and the Joker Goon Car which could also be built as a Gotham City Police car.
As usual, I am presenting an image of the box and below it a photo of my completed model.

We are now up to the 4th Knight in the Aurora series of five.  This is the Red Knight from 1958.  This one was also recently re-issued under the Monogram logo and should still be available for around $15.  Below we have the first issue box and the later issue box followed by my built up model kit.  I do not know of this suit of armor having ever been issued as a regular Knight of Camelot, although it was used as Sir Percival in the Shining Knights series.

Diorama Diary
(title suggested by a friend at work)
Had a lot to do recently other than just work, so not much work has been done on the diorama.  I did manage to paint the basic uniforms, no details yet, but I have not moved beyond the flesh on the civilians from the Checkpoint set.  The Post Office was kind today and dropped off my next box for this diorama.
From left to right, I am seeing a Priest, a man waving at the Priest, a Gendarme who will be observing the people queued up at the grocery store, a man with bread who works at the grocery store and an obvious collaborator.
