One of the vehicles featured in the Batman TV show and Movie from 1966-1969. I still think the detachable kiddie car version of a side car is a bit weird, but it seems to have worked for the quirky show. I really shouldn't call the show quirky I guess, since it is a very good reflection of the Batman comics of the not so distant past. Just a couple years before the show came out, Batman was such a common sight around the city he was waved at by passers by, showed up to cut ribbons when the new shopping center opened, had a whole Bat Family (Batman, Robin, Bat-Woman, Bat-Girl, even Ace the Bat-Hound), a nosy reporter trying to date him and/or figure out his secret identity (Vicki Vale) and Robin was a punster. Even back in the '40's Batman would punch a crook while Robin was kneeling behind the guy just so they could quip "Have a nice trip" and "See you next fall." They called it camp in the '60's, and everyone said it was played for laughs, and a lot of grim, gritty, dark fans hate it, but the show was a pretty fair representation of the comics from the '50's through the early '60's.
But I digress. Here is a shot of the original box, and my unbuilt kit box because I have not yet built the kit.

My not built up:
Johnny West Corner
A few years back, CXR released some new Johnny West figures. One was the Jesse James, which was planned by Marx but never released. Kudos to Noah and Terri Coop for letting us have a figure we had all wanted for decades!
