The Lost in Space 419 which I call the "basic" kit was a favorite of mine when I was a boy because the show was a favorite. In Atlanta they actually delayed the show from Wednesday night to Saturday around 5 pm, so I never had to make a choice between watching Lost in Space or Batman during the second year of Space. The model is based on their "space" uniforms and the Cyclops monster from the 4th episode. I painted this one pretty much the way Aurora intended according to the box art and knowledge of the program didn't hurt.

Johnny West Adventures Johnny West
In 1975, the same year the line stopped being produced, Marx changed virtually all of the figures in the product line. Johnny changed twice. I don't actually own the more common (if anything from JWA can be called common) light blue quick-draw Johnny West. I just don't like the lever in the back. Instead, I own the less common caramel body with the JWA accessories. The bandana is the only item which came in red. The rest were a mixture of blue and brown soft vinyl and silver hard plastic accessories.
I got a JWA Johnny with a blue vest and some other accessories. I bought a red neckerchief. Then I bought a Johnny with a blue vest, gunbelt and canteen and some other accessories. this is the way I have completed most of my figures. Which has also provided me with a lot of extra accessories and dolls to customize. I like this guy, he doesn't have a lever in his back, and that just makes me like him more.
